GoHealth Urgent Care

I’d heard so many good things about GoHealth Urgent Care, and I finally decided to check it out for some allergy issues I’ve been dealing with. From the moment I walked in, Hannah and the team were so warm and welcoming. She took the time to really understand my symptoms and explained the treatment options clearly. I left feeling much more confident about managing my allergies. Plus, the place was super clean and organized, which is always a plus. If you’re in need of quick and friendly care, I highly recommend stopping by!

I never expected my visit would leave me feeling a bit disappointed. The staff was not as attentive as I had hoped, and I felt like my treatment plan was rushed and under-prescribed. I went in with some pretty clear symptoms, yet I had to make multiple follow-up visits to address what seemed like straightforward issues. While I appreciate any medical assistance, I wish they had taken a more thorough approach from the start. It's crucial for urgent care centers to provide adequate care, especially when you’re feeling unwell. Still, there is potential for improvement, and I hope they recognize it.

Dr. was attentive and took the time to understand my concerns, especially regarding my seasonal allergies and a bit of a sore throat I had been battling. The treatment options were explained thoroughly, making me feel empowered about my health decisions. However, I do believe there’s room for improvement—specifically, I think it would be beneficial if they sent out statements earlier to avoid rushing into the collections process. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I left feeling cared for and understood.
