I wasn’t impressed during my last visit. I went in hoping for some relief from my pain and to get an accurate diagnosis, but unfortunately, I felt like the staff didn’t really listen to me. The doctor seemed rushed and didn’t explain things clearly, which left me feeling confused and frustrated. I also found the bedside manner to be rather rude at times, which only added to my overall upset. It would really help if they could improve their communication and approach, as I think it could make a big difference for patients like me who are seeking understanding and care. I’ve used urgent care facilities occasionally but need to rethink where I go for my health needs in the future.
