I walked in to GoHealth Urgent Care in Cypress, Texas, feeling a bit anxious about getting my stitches removed. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Ms. Garza, made me feel at ease with their friendly and welcoming demeanor. The procedure was quick and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised at how skilled Ms. Garza was. Not only did she ensure minimal visible scarring, but her care and attention made a potentially nerve-wracking experience feel like a breeze. I truly enjoyed my visit and left feeling both relieved and happy with the results. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone needing care like this in our area!

After just a quick visit for an X-ray, I was genuinely impressed with how fast and friendly the service was. The staff made me feel at ease right away, which is so important when you’re dealing with a potential injury. They were efficient, and I loved that I got my results back in no time, with no broken bones to worry about! It's great to know there’s a place nearby that offers such quick and caring service. I can honestly say that my visit to GoHealth Urgent Care in Cypress was pretty straightforward. However, I did leave feeling a bit disappointed because the prescribed medications didn’t seem to work for me. I was hoping for more effective solutions, especially given their focus on urgent care services. Still, I think they have a lot to offer, and their behavioral health services might be helpful for others looking for support in that area.
