What really struck me during my visit was the lack of respect I felt from the staff. I walked in hoping to grab a specific protein powder that I've had my eye on for a while. I expected a friendly atmosphere and maybe a little guidance, especially since I don’t always know which product to choose. Unfortunately, I was met with indifference instead. Charlie, the staff member I approached, didn’t seem interested in helping at all. It felt like my questions were more of an annoyance than anything else. After experiencing that unwelcoming vibe, I decided it was best to take my business elsewhere. I really hope the team makes an effort to treat every customer with courtesy in the future, because it made for a frustrating shopping experience.

I heard about GNC from friends raving about their protein shakes, so I decided to pop in to return a protein powder I just couldn't get to work for me. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't what I expected. Once inside, I found the staff to be quite unhelpful when it came to processing my return. I left feeling frustrated, as their return policy seems a bit rigid. I think if they took another look at how they handle returns and invested a little more in staff training, it could elevate the experience. I still appreciate their selection of performance supplements, but this experience really put a damper on my appreciation.
