Upon entering, I had high hopes for a smooth experience since I was eager to pick up some new performance supplements and protein products. But as my shopping trip unfolded, I found myself feeling increasingly frustrated. The checkout line was slower than molasses, and it felt like the employees were just going through the motions without really engaging with the customers. I mean, a little conversation goes a long way, right? I left without making a purchase, which is honestly not what I expected. A little more attentiveness and a quicker checkout process would make a world of difference. I hope they can enhance the overall customer experience because I really want to support local businesses.

I walked in hoping to return a couple of items I ordered online, but what a hassle that turned out to be! The staff seemed overwhelmed and couldn’t process my return, which was incredibly frustrating. It felt like I was stuck in a circular loop of confusion. I really wish they could streamline their return process because I love their products; I just couldn't handle the return hassle. More focus on customer service for returns would make a huge difference!

I was looking to stock up, thinking of grabbing a dozen bottles, but I was pretty disappointed when I only received one instead. The staff didn’t really communicate well about my order, and it felt like my concerns weren’t addressed. All in all, not the experience I was hoping for, especially from a place known for health supplements.
