When I visited this beauty bar in Humble, I had high hopes for my waxing and facial experience. Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The waxing left a lot to be desired; the quality of the wax felt cheap and was quite painful, which really took away from the overall experience. The facial was not much better, lacking the soothing touch I was hoping for. The staff, particularly the Latina woman who worked with me, seemed a bit unprofessional and hurried, which made me feel rushed rather than pampered. I believe there's potential here, but they need to seriously improve the quality of their wax and facial services.
