I must say, my experience with the microblading treatment left much to be desired. I was really looking forward to enhancing my eyebrow appearance, but unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations. The technician, Joanne, seemed rather unskilled, and I ended up with a look that was far from what I had envisioned. I felt frustrated, especially since I had high hopes for this service. I needed several removal sessions afterward to rectify the situation, which was both costly and time-consuming. I genuinely hope they can improve their skill and experience in this area, as I would love to see this place thrive with quality services!

When I first went in for a facial, I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The vibe was a bit off, and I found the communication from the staff to be less than professional. I felt a bit rushed and wasn't given enough information about the products being used on my skin. Joanne, who was my aesthetician, seemed to be knowledgeable, but her approach left me feeling frustrated rather than pampered. I definitely think there’s room for improvement in how they interact with clients. I want to love this place, but I think they need to work on their professionalism first. 😕

I must say, I had the most wonderful deep cleansing facial in the West Loop! From the moment I walked in, I felt an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I walked out feeling completely rejuvenated and my skin was glowing! The only hiccup was finding the entrance; it took a moment to figure out where to go, but once inside, everything was perfect. If you're looking for a way to unwind and refresh, I can't recommend this place enough!
