I was really looking forward to my visit, especially to treat myself to some fresh nails. The atmosphere was nice, but I quickly found myself frustrated. When I attempted to explain my preferred colors and design, the staff seemed disinterested and a bit curt. My nails ended up being much darker than the swatch I picked, and the shape wasn’t what I had envisioned at all. Communication could definitely improve here! I left feeling disappointed instead of pampered, which was not the vibe I was hoping for. I occasionally like to indulge in nail services, so I might try elsewhere next time.
