I’d heard so much about this salon from friends, so I was excited to finally give it a try for a haircut. Walking in, the vibe was warm and inviting, but unfortunately, my experience didn't quite live up to the hype. I left with a short choppy style that felt more unkempt than chic, which was really disappointing. The stylist seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to consult with me about what I was looking for. I felt a bit ignored during the process, which added to my frustration. I really wanted to love my new look, but instead, I just felt like I needed to fix it as soon as possible. I'd suggest doing some research and possibly asking for recommendations before trying out a new place. Everyone has different styles, and sometimes a good fit just doesn’t happen on the first try.

It's crucial to have staff trained specifically for diverse hair types—curly hair needs love and care that not every stylist is trained to handle. I truly believe investing in better training and hiring honest receptionists would elevate the entire experience, transforming it from a decent visit to something truly special. It's a lovely place to unwind, but I left wanting just a little more.
