I never expected my visit to the self-checkout to be so frustrating. I just wanted to get my grocery shopping done and have my parking ticket validated, but the instructions were unclear and the interaction with the staff left a lot to be desired. I encountered a female staff member who seemed really annoyed when I asked for help. It made an already stressful situation even worse. Clarity in the instructions would definitely help, and perhaps a little more kindness from the employees would go a long way. It's such a bummer because I usually enjoy the food options here, but the service really needs some work.

A little kindness goes a long way in customer service. I really hope they can turn things around because the food options are solid. Just wish the experience matched the quality of the meals!
