I didn't have the best experience recently. I was really hoping for a smooth appointment to discuss my anxiety and weight loss management, but the communication about scheduling was a bit off. It took longer than expected to get things sorted out, and honestly, I felt a little frustrated with the whole system. The staff weren't as compassionate as I had hoped they would be, which made the whole visit feel less welcoming. It's such a shame because I really want to support local healthcare providers in San Antonio. I think improving their communication and appointment scheduling would go a long way toward making the experience better. Not giving up yet, but I hope they can turn things around soon! 💔
