It was hard not to feel at ease with such friendly staff who seemed genuinely invested in making sure my experience was top-notch. I’d heard so many great things about the massage therapy, so I was really looking forward to my session. Unfortunately, I left feeling a bit let down. The pressure was lighter than I'd hoped for, and the duration felt rushed, which is definitely not what you want when you're trying to unwind. I think if they adjusted the pressure and made sure to give the full time, it would really enhance the experience. Just a little more care could make a huge difference.
