The massage itself was lackluster at best, and it felt more like a rushed task than a therapeutic experience. Beyond that, the treatment from the staff was incredibly disrespectful. It felt like they were doing me a favor rather than providing a service I paid for. I also discovered some unexpected charges on my credit card which should not have been there. For a business that’s trying to build a reputation in the community, they really need to honor their promotions, treat customers with respect, and honestly fix their billing practices. It’s such a shame because I had high hopes considering the massage services they offer. I’ll definitely be exploring other options next time.
