Dr. Alyssa is not only knowledgeable but also super enthusiastic about getting her patients back to their best selves. The strengthening exercises she designed were tailored just for me, which made a huge difference in my recovery. I loved how she blended different techniques like soft tissue therapies and manual therapy to speed up my healing. I definitely felt the improvement after just a few sessions and actually looked forward to going! If you're in the area and looking to bounce back from an injury, I can't recommend this spot enough!
