I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here! The staff was incredibly nice and attentive during my facial, really making me feel at ease. The whole atmosphere was so relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. If only they offered a little more parking space, it would make visiting even easier! Overall, a fantastic experience!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first visited the nursing and rehab center. Initially, I thought the atmosphere would be warm and inviting, but it felt quite the opposite. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and I got the impression they were stretched too thin. My loved one needed attention, but the response times were frustratingly slow. I felt disappointed, as the facility has the potential to provide great care with its range of services like physical therapy and behavioral health support. If they could focus on improving staff interactions and overall responsiveness, it could be a much better environment for residents.
