I experienced some permanent issues like nerve damage and contour abnormalities that were never clearly explained to me beforehand. Honestly, I expected much clearer communication about the surgical technique and what to expect post-op. The follow-up support was also less than satisfactory, which made the whole experience feel frustrating. I really wanted this to be a positive change for me, but it left me feeling let down.
