After my visit to one of the local spots in Park Ridge, I was looking forward to looking polished, but it was more of a polish peep-show. My manicure and pedicure started off well, but within a day, my nails looked like I had been wrestling with a cheese grater. To add fuel to the fire, the staff didn't seem too invested in making me feel welcome, which only added to my disappointment. Maybe a little more care in the application and customer service would do wonders!
