She was so polite and made me feel right at home. I opted for the French tips, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome—high-quality and perfectly executed. The attention to detail was amazing, and it felt like Raven truly cared about making my nails look fabulous. What drew me to this spot was the promise of a relaxing pedicure and manicure, but I have to say, my experience left much to be desired. The pedicure started off on a hopeful note, but it quickly became clear that attention to detail was lacking. Instead of the soothing treat I expected, the execution was rather rushed. My nail polish ended up uneven, and while the foot massage was pleasant, it wasn't enough to redeem the overall service. The technicians didn’t seem very responsive to my specific requests, which added to my disappointment. I really think they could benefit from focusing on proper execution and taking a bit more time with their clients. Overall, it felt like the staff could use a little bit of training on customer service, as I didn't feel valued during my visit. I wish I could say it was the pampering oasis I had hoped for.

I felt like I was in such good hands throughout the entire process. The manicure treatment was indulgent, with a lovely hand soak, exfoliating scrub, and a wonderful massage that made me feel pampered. Plus, the attention to detail with the cuticle care was on another level. I walked out with stunning nails that I couldn't stop showing off to my friends!
