I had no idea what to expect when I visited FLOSS & CO. on the South Side of Chicago for some dental services. Honestly, I was a bit frustrated with the whole experience. Dr. Izzy was great and really knew his stuff, which I appreciated, but the front desk just wasn’t cutting it. Communication about billing was a bit off, and there were some moments when I felt like I was left hanging. I mean, I’m all about maintaining my teeth for the long haul, and I want to feel taken care of. Just a bit more responsiveness from the staff would really elevate the experience! Overall, I’m glad I found Dr. Izzy, but I hope they improve their front desk game. Hoping for better next time! 😕

I can’t express how relieved I felt after my son’s visit to the clinic on the South Side of Chicago!
