Upon entering this charming spot in Ravenswood, I was immediately excited about getting a fresh nail design. The ambiance was lovely, and the place was buzzing with customers. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned when I felt like I was being put through an obstacle course just to get a simple manicure. The staff seemed hesitant and not very welcoming, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable asking for the nail art I had in mind. I was really hoping for a seamless experience, especially since I wanted something special for the weekend. Unfortunately, after a bit of back and forth, I left without getting serviced, feeling disappointed and frustrated. It would be great if the team could focus on creating a more inviting and accommodating environment. I’ll probably give it another try someday, but they definitely need to improve on customer interaction.
