Soon after I walked into the sneaky cardio class, I could feel the energy buzzing around the room. It was a blast! The instructor was not only super friendly but also had this infectious enthusiasm that made every minute fly by. I was worried I'd be dragging through the workout, but everyone was so supportive, it turned into a fun community vibe. I haven't felt this motivated in a long time, and the mixture of cardio with some unexpected twists made it exciting! I left feeling accomplished and can't wait to go back. If you’re looking for a place that combines fitness with a great sense of belonging, this class is a must-try!

I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the community was here! Every time I join a class, I feel truly supported by both the instructors and fellow participants. They offer everything from high-energy HIIT sessions to empowering self-defense classes. It’s incredible to be surrounded by such positive energy while working on my fitness goals. I occasionally attend, but I always leave feeling inspired and motivated. If only they had a location in North Austin or Round Rock, I would definitely be there more often!
