I’ll never forget my first visit to the gym. I was a bit hesitant at first, having tried a couple of places before with little success in sticking to a routine. But from the moment I walked in, the energy was contagious! Everyone, including the staff, was so friendly and genuinely excited about helping others get fit. I really made significant improvements in my fitness journey thanks to the great classes and facilities. The community vibe keeps me coming back, and I feel more motivated than ever to hit my goals!

Once inside, I was immediately welcomed by a super friendly community that made me feel right at home! 💕 I signed up for a gym membership, hoping to boost my fitness routine, but I ended up loving the variety of services they offer. The cryotherapy sessions are a total game-changer, and I also indulged in some IV treatments that left me feeling refreshed. The staff, like Shayna and Emma, are incredibly supportive and always greet you with a smile in Downtown San Diego. I’ve been going occasionally, but each time feels special. Honestly, if you're in the area and looking for more than just a workout—this place is it! ❤️ Even the beautiful vistas outside add to the vibe. Highly recommend it!

I walked in with high hopes of finding a place to unwind and relax, but boy, was I let down. The gym facilities I was looking forward to using were mostly unavailable, which was super frustrating. I tried to bring it up with the staff, but their attitude didn’t help—definitely not the welcoming vibe I expected. I thought maybe the aquatic therapy or massage services would make up for it, but with everything being out of order, my experience felt more stressful than soothing. It’s a bummer because the location seems great for what I initially wanted. Sadly, I won’t be going back anytime soon. 😔
