I had no idea what I was getting into when I took my child to First Stop Health. After waiting for what felt like ages, the nurse seemed a bit dismissive. When we finally got to see the doctor, I was hoping for a thorough examination and some tested treatment options. Unfortunately, that’s not what we received. It felt like we were just another appointment on the schedule, and I left feeling frustrated. I mean, I came in looking for help, and I just wanted to ensure my child received the appropriate care, possibly even antibiotics.
