First Health Clinic

I have to say, I was a bit worried when I took my daughter in for a pediatric consultation. She had been under the weather for a few days, and I really just wanted to get to the bottom of it. The staff, while efficient, didn’t seem very approachable—I had a lot of questions about her symptoms and the prescribed antibiotics, but I didn't feel like I got the explanations I was hoping for. It felt a little rushed. 😟 I did appreciate the prescription, and it did help her feel better, but I wish they had allowed me to ask more questions to ease my concerns. Overall, it was a constructive visit, but I think there’s room for improvement in how they interact with worried parents. I’m sure the clinic has great intentions, but a little more compassion would go a long way for parents in stressful situations!

What drew me to this clinic was the convenience of its location and the range of services they offered. However, my experience during a recent visit was disappointing. The doctor I saw seemed rushed and not very attentive, which left me feeling more confused than when I walked in. I was hoping for a collaborative discussion about my health, but instead felt somewhat dismissed. A little more professionalism and better communication could really improve the atmosphere here. It’s such a shame because the clinic has potential. I'm left considering whether I’ll return for future consultations.
