Fierce Spa

I was really looking forward to my visit to Fierce Spa in Manhattan for some nail care, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. My nails ended up looking chipped and poorly maintained after the treatment. The staff wasn’t very friendly either, which didn’t help the situation. I would suggest they work on their filing technique and offer better after care. I expected more from such a well-reviewed spa.

After trying the dip manicure, I was really looking forward to a fresh set of nails that would last for weeks. However, I ended up feeling frustrated with the whole experience. First off, the color that I chose was nothing like what I got; it seemed off by a shade or two, and that disappointment just lingered. I occasionally treat myself to a manicure, hoping that it will give me that boost of confidence and pampering. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem too helpful when I mentioned my concerns either. I expected a bit more guidance, especially when it came to ensuring the right color and nail care techniques. It's vital, especially for a service focused on nail enhancement, to get that right! On the bright side, the environment was nice and relaxing, but I can’t shake the feeling that my nails could have been so much better. If they could ensure proper nail care techniques and color accuracy next time, I would be more than happy to give it another shot.

I can honestly say that my experience with the nail service was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I felt a wave of relaxation wash over me. Guadalupe was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to understand exactly what I wanted. The whole environment was soothing, and I loved the way my nails turned out—just perfect! I enjoy treating myself to nail care occasionally, and this place truly made it special. If you're looking for fabulous nails and great vibes, this place is a must-visit!
