I can honestly say I was really disappointed with my experience here. I came in seeking some health services to help improve my overall well-being, but I felt the communication from the staff was really lacking. When I asked questions about the services, the responses seemed rushed and, honestly, a bit rude. It left me feeling frustrated and unsure about my options. I believe if they could work on better upfront communication regarding the expected outcomes and processes, it would really enhance the patient experience. It’s a shame because I had high hopes for this visit.

As soon as I walked into the clinic in Encanto Village, I was greeted with a warm smile from the staff. I had a blood draw done by Lisa, and I have to say, she was truly skilled and made the whole experience surprisingly smooth. I typically dread needles, but her friendly demeanor really put me at ease. The whole process was quick, and I appreciated how informative she was about what to expect. It’s such a relief to find a place that feels welcoming and professional, especially when it comes to health care. If you're in Phoenix and need lab work done, I can't recommend this place enough!
