Upon entering, I was really looking forward to a special mother-daughter pedicure day, but what I experienced was a bit of a letdown. The place seemed nice enough, but the service just didn’t hit the mark. It felt like the staff, including Tina, were a bit too detached and didn't quite engage with us. My nails looked okay at the end, but halfway through, I started worrying about my feet rather than enjoying the pampering. A little more attention to detail would go a long way here! I was hoping for a relaxing escape but came out feeling just... frustrated. I think this place has potential, but they really need to focus on improving customer engagement and service quality. It was supposed to be a fun outing, and it just didn’t turn out that way.
