Fantasy Nail Spa

I couldn't believe how disappointing my visit to Fantasy Nail Spa in South San Jose was. I had hoped to treat myself to a lovely manicure for my birthday, but the staff was just so unwelcoming. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Honestly, I regret stepping foot into this place. If you’re looking for a warm atmosphere and a pampering experience, you might want to consider other options.

I never expected my experience here to be anything less than magical, especially with prom around the corner! The nail service was decent, but I really wished the cuticle care had been a bit more attentive—it left me feeling a little less than perfect for my big night. The designs turned out cute, but I was hoping for more pampering all around. It’s a nice spot overall, just keep an eye on the details if you're prepping for something special!
