I recently had a visit to FamilyDoc Urgent Care, and while I appreciated the attention from the staff, I did leave feeling a bit disappointed. The student doctor who saw me was incredibly young and eager, which is great, but the communication could have been a lot clearer. I went in for a medical consultation for some nagging symptoms, hoping to figure out what was going on, and while I did receive a diagnosis and a prescription, I felt like I was just another number in line. It would have been nice to feel a bit more valued as a patient. It's important for healthcare professionals to really listen and respect each person's concerns, especially when they're feeling vulnerable. Overall, I think there's potential for FamilyDoc to really shine with just a little more focus on patient experience. I might give them another shot, but I hope they work on improving the communication next time! 😊

I wasn’t impressed with my recent experience here. The care felt a bit rushed, and when I had questions about my bill, the staff seemed really unhelpful. It was frustrating because I just wanted to get everything sorted out easily. Also, their website was a bit clunky, making it hard to find the info I needed. I think they could seriously improve their billing process and make the whole experience smoother for patients.
