Welcome to the Family Training Center Martial Arts Academy, a premier destination for martial arts enthusiasts in Marble Falls. Specializing in a wide range of classes for all ages, this academy sets itself apart with its unique blend of traditional martial arts and modern fitness training.

The academy offers engaging Children's Classes, including the Littles (3-5y/o) program, designed to introduce young children to the fundamentals of martial arts in a fun and supportive environment. For older kids, the Youth Jiu Jitsu classes cultivate discipline, confidence, and self-defense skills every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

Adults can join the Adult Jiu Jitsu classes, held on the same days from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, or participate in invigorating Karate sessions that accommodate all skill levels. The academy also features a specialized Lady's Strength and Conditioning program, which combines high-intensity cardio with light weights and a combat/kickboxing theme, promoting overall wellness and fitness.

To ensure each student’s growth, the academy conducts Scheduled Belt Tests approximately every 4-6 months, allowing students to advance in rank and showcase their skills. Newcomers can experience the academy’s offerings with a Free Introductory Week, providing an excellent opportunity to explore various classes without any commitment.
