From start to finish, my recent experience with Family Health Centers of San Diego left me feeling incredibly frustrated. I scheduled a telehealth appointment with the hope of accessing my lab results, but things quickly went downhill. The nurse seemed uninterested and rushed, leaving me with more questions than answers. On top of that, I found out I would have to pay extra just to see the results—I was livid! I really think they need to streamline their communication about what is needed for these appointments. It felt like the staff wasn’t even listening to my concerns. I want to support local healthcare, but they need to step up their game to keep patients informed and cared for.

When I finally managed to get an appointment for mental health support, I was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to frustration. The appointment was canceled with little notice, and when I tried to reach out for clarification, the responses were less than helpful. It felt really rude, and I left feeling disappointed not just by the lack of communication, but also by the overall professionalism. This experience in Mount Hope didn't meet my expectations, especially when it comes to something as important as mental health care. I really hope they look into improving their communication and respect towards patients.
