I’ve been going to Family Care Plus Clinic in Katy for a few years now, primarily to help with my aunt's healthcare needs. The clinic really shines when it comes to offering same-day appointments, which is such a relief when you need medical attention quickly. Every time I've visited, I appreciated how friendly the staff is. They always take the time to listen, which makes the experience much less stressful. The only downside I noticed was that the receptionists sometimes seem a bit overwhelmed, and it would be great if they could assist people in a more orderly manner to speed things up. Despite that, the thoroughness of their family and internal medicine services is commendable, definitely worth considering if you're in Fry and Clay Commerce Park!

I’d heard so many positive things about Family Care Plus Clinic in Katy, but my recent experience was quite frustrating. I went in for a physical therapy session, hoping to get some relief, but the overall interaction left a lot to be desired. The nurse practitioner I saw seemed rushed and not particularly interested in my concerns. On top of that, I encountered some rude staff members at the front desk, which really added to my disappointment. Communication about my appointment was unclear, and it felt like I was more of a nuisance than a patient. I truly wish they could improve their customer service and staff communication because the services they offer are much needed in our community.
