I didn’t expect to find such a gem in the heart of Mount Greenwood! Face to Face Salon & Spa is the perfect spot for anyone looking to treat themselves. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. I had the pleasure of working with Jayne for a massage—it was just heavenly! She really knew how to melt away my stress. I also dabbled in their nail care services, and let me tell you, my nails have never looked better! If you’re in Chicago and wanting some pampering, definitely check this place out. You won’t regret it!

I walked in excited for a hair transformation, dreaming of vibrant color and a cute trim. Unfortunately, what I got wasn't even close to what I had in mind. I had expressed a specific shade and style I desired, but the outcome felt completely off. The color was dull and not at all the rich hue I'd hoped for. To make matters worse, the haircut was just as disappointing; it felt rushed and lacked the attention it needed. I tried to communicate my concerns, but the staff didn’t seem particularly interested or helpful. I really believe there’s room for improvement here, especially when it comes to the technique and customer service. It's a shame, because I’d had high hopes for this place. Hopefully, they can refine their approach in the future.
