I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Eyeland Optical! 😊 From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I recently needed an eye exam and glasses fitting to correct my vision, and the experience couldn't have been better. The doctor was extremely thorough, really taking the time to explain everything during the exam. Once I got my new glasses, I couldn't believe how much clearer everything looked! They have a fantastic selection of stylish frames that won't break the bank, and the fitting process was quick and easy. I left feeling confident and satisfied, and I highly recommend Eyeland for anyone in need of eye care! ❤️

I had no idea what to expect when I went in for my eye exam and to purchase new glasses. I was really hoping for a smooth experience, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. The staff felt a bit unhelpful, almost as if my queries were bothering them rather than being addressed with patience. I left feeling disappointed, especially when it came to the pricing—it felt a bit unclear and I wasn’t sure why I was being charged what I was. All I wanted was a pair of glasses and some friendly guidance! I think they could significantly improve their customer service and be more transparent about costs. Hopefully, my experience was just an off day for them.
