After my session at the Eye Center of Houston, I have to say I felt a mix of frustration and relief. I had gone in for laser treatment on a detached retina and, despite a scheduling hiccup, Dr. Karina Sanchez and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They really took the time to listen and reassure me before the surgery, which made a huge difference. The only area for improvement would be their communication; I missed a couple of important calls which added to my initial anxiety. However, their expertise in eye care right here in Westside, Texas, gives me confidence in my vision preservation journey. Overall, a solid experience!

They walked me through my insurance details without any fuss, which was a huge relief. It's obvious they care about their patients and want to help improve their vision. To say I’m thrilled with our experience would be an understatement! I recently took my kids in to find them some new glasses, and I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was. They made the whole process comfortable for my little ones, which can sometimes be a bit daunting. They really took the time to help them choose styles that not only suit their personalities but also fit well. It was such a relief to have such supportive people guiding us through! The only thing I might suggest is that the waiting area could use a little updating—it felt a bit outdated. But all in all, we left with a positive experience and the kids were excited about their new specs!
