I have to say, my experience with the ketamine nasal spray here in Manhattan was a mix of hope and disappointment. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, which made me feel welcomed. However, I was a bit let down by the requirement that I had to be on a specific medication before I could use the spray. It felt unnecessary and honestly made the process more complicated than it needed to be. It would be great if they could remove that requirement for future appointments. Overall, it's a solid option for medication management, but there's definitely room for improvement.
