I had no idea what to expect when I first visited this location in South Los Angeles. I was hoping for some solid support and resources, but my experience left me feeling disappointed. There was a major lack of security, and I lost some personal belongings during my visit, which was incredibly frustrating. When I raised my concerns, the staff didn't seem to prioritize accountability or even offer helpful solutions. I believe that focusing on better security measures could really elevate the experience for future clients. It's a shame, because the community healthcare and mental health services have great potential.

During my time trying to get medication here in South Los Angeles, I felt a bit let down by the overall communication. The staff are kind, but it often seems like there’s confusion about their opening times, which is frustrating when you’re trying to manage your health. I appreciate the resources available, and when I finally got the meds I needed, it felt like a weight off my shoulders. With a little more clarity on their hours, it would make a huge difference!

After my session, I really felt the need to share my experience. I was hopeful when I first walked in, thinking that I would finally find the support I needed for my mental health recovery. Unfortunately, that hope faded quickly. The staff's demeanor was less than professional, making me feel more like a burden than a client in need. It's frustrating when you're seeking help and instead encounter disrespect. On top of that, the services offered didn't meet my expectations at all. I left feeling worse than when I arrived. Moreover, the food quality was quite poor, and I couldn't shake the feeling of it being unsafe. I truly believe there’s so much room for improvement here, from mental health offerings to better staff training. For anyone looking for real recovery, this may not be the right place. I certainly won’t be returning.
