Since my visit to Evernorth Care Group Home for some blood work, I've been a bit mixed on my experience. The convenience of walk-in appointments is a huge plus, especially when you're trying to prep for a doctor's appointment. However, I found it frustrating that I couldn't just walk in without a prior doctor's order; it would make everything so much easier. On top of that, the staff seemed a bit unresponsive when I had questions, which didn't help. I think they really could improve on communication. Overall, I appreciate the service, but there’s definitely room for enhancement.

After my session in Maryvale Village, I never expected to feel so disappointed. While the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, my experience with Dr. Kranich during my pre-op physical left much to be desired. I was hoping for a simple physical examination, but instead, I felt as though my concerns went unheard. It seemed like Dr. Kranich didn’t really listen to what I was saying, which was frustrating. I believe that a good doctor-patient relationship is built on understanding and listening, and unfortunately, that was missing here. I'd suggest that the doctor take a bit more time to engage with patients—it could make a world of difference.
