I walked in with the hope of finally establishing a reliable healthcare routine, and I have to say, my experience left me rather frustrated. The primary care and urgent care services seemed promising at first, but consistency was a major issue. There were multiple times when I found it difficult to get in touch with a primary care physician, and on a few occasions, my appointments were canceled without sufficient notice. It felt like I was in a loop of trying to address my health concerns but not getting anywhere. Communication with the staff was also lacking; when I had questions or needed assistance, responses were unresponsive at best. It’s disheartening, especially when you're trying to prioritize your health. I hope they can improve the availability of services and communication. Access to consistent healthcare is something everyone deserves.
