I was blown away by the buzz surrounding the brow waxing service, so I decided to give it a shot. The staff was nice enough but seemed a bit passive aggressive during my appointment, almost like they were annoyed with my questions about the technique. I think better communication could make a huge difference here. I’d suggest maybe asking clients about their specific preferences a bit more—everyone's brows are unique, after all! Overall, I appreciated the experience, but I left feeling like there was room for improvement in the technique and customer interaction.
