I had a lovely experience during my waxing session in San Jose. Honestly, I've done this a few times, and I've often felt a bit anxious before, but this time was different. Right from the start, Flower was incredibly kind and gentle, which really helped put me at ease. The environment felt comforting, and while the waxing was, well, a bit intense (that's kind of expected, right?), it was made bearable by her soothing approach. My only suggestion would be to improve the communication at the front desk; they seemed a bit rushed when I checked in. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely return whenever I need a little pampering!
