I was pleasantly surprised by the services offered at Essential Med Clinic & Aesthetics, but unfortunately, my experience with the staff left much to be desired. While Nurse Maude was quite knowledgeable and helpful, I found the front desk staff to be unprofessional and lacking the necessary expertise to address my billing inquiries. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a straightforward answer. It was disappointing, as I really hoped for a smooth experience. I think they could enhance their service by improving the training and professionalism of their staff. It’s a shame because the medical services they provide are solid, and I truly believe with the right approach, they could make it a great place to visit for all health needs.

I didn’t have the best experience during my recent visit for an ADHD evaluation. To be honest, I felt a bit lost in the process. It was like being thrown into the deep end without a life raft. The communication from the staff was lacking, and I left feeling more confused than when I arrived. I had high hopes of getting some clarity and support, but it felt more like a rushed appointment where my concerns were brushed aside. The practitioner seemed standoffish, which added to my frustration. I really think better communication about what services are available and how the evaluation process works would go a long way. I hope they can improve this because the concept of the clinic is great, but the execution didn't meet my expectations at all.
