Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite hit the mark. I didn’t walk away feeling the relief I anticipated; rather, the knots and tension I was hoping to relieve stubbornly remained. I also felt a bit uncomfortable with the staff’s approach—there seemed to be a lack of communication which made it hard for me to convey my needs. I would have appreciated a bit more respect for personal space too. I had mentioned my preference for a particular essential oil for the aromatherapy aspect, but I don’t think it was used. I think there’s potential here, but they really need to dial in on the customer experience and ensure they’re listening to what we want.
