I found myself waiting a long time without any updates or communication from the staff. It felt a bit disorganized and unprofessional, which was disappointing. I understand that places can get busy, but a simple acknowledgment of the wait time would have gone a long way in making me feel valued as a patient. Overall, I was hoping for a smoother process, especially given the range of services they offer. Perhaps focusing on better communication and transparency during wait times could enhance the experience for new patients like me.

I really hope they work on their communication methods in the future, but for now, I think I’ll be looking elsewhere for my primary care needs.
