Once inside this charming spot in Willow Glen, I had high hopes for my acrylic fill. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed. The nails looked poorly done, and I felt that there was a clear lack of attention to detail. The staff seemed a little rushed, and I couldn’t help but notice that the cleanliness could use a boost. It’s a bummer because I really wanted this visit to be a delightful experience. I’d love to see improvements in service quality and a more meticulous approach to nail enhancement in the future!

While I was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure and manicure, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. After the service, I found myself dealing with some pain and even an infection, which was frustrating. I believe the skills of the nail technicians need some improvement to ensure that clients don’t walk away with concerns like these.
