Each time I go in for eyebrow waxing, I hope for a bit of magic. Unfortunately, my last visit was a bit of a disappointment. I asked for a clean and even shape, but they ended up a little patchy and uneven. Lisa was the one who worked on my brows, and while she was nice, I think I’ll try to book with Michelle next time based on what I've heard from friends. I do appreciate how welcoming the studio is, and I love the atmosphere, so I’m still planning to return and give it another shot.

I must say, I was really looking forward to my visit to Escape Nail & Lash Studio for an acrylic nail application, but it didn't really pan out the way I hoped. From the moment I walked in, I felt off. The staff seemed a bit unprofessional, which didn't set a good tone for my experience. I expressed my desire for something elegant yet durable, but the results were anything but that. I ended up with damage to my natural nails, which was incredibly frustrating. It’s disheartening when you invest time and money into a beauty service, only to leave dissatisfied. I think they need to step up their staff training and customer service skills. It's a shame because I wanted this to be a go-to spot for all my nail needs.

I walked into Escape Nail & Lash Studio in Easton Commons, Houston, excited for my full set manicure, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. I really wanted to leave with stunning nails, but instead, I found myself disappointed. The nails were different lengths and thicknesses, which just didn’t look right. I think they could improve by ensuring more consistency in the nail work they do. It’s a shame because the atmosphere was lovely, and the service staff seemed nice, but I left feeling dissatisfied with my nails.
