Since my visit to Equinox, I have to say I left feeling a bit disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting a solid workout in, but a few machines were out of order, which made it challenging to follow my usual routine. The air conditioning also seemed to be on the fritz, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere as I tried to push through my sets. I believe with some repairs and improvements in that area, Equinox could really shine as a go-to fitness spot. I hope they can get these issues resolved because I do want to come back and make the most of what they offer!

The first time I visited this gym in Brooklyn Heights, I was genuinely excited about getting back into a fitness routine. Unfortunately, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The equipment was nice, but I noticed that the staff seemed dismissive when I brought up a few concerns. I really wanted to feel supported in my fitness journey, but they didn’t seem to take my input seriously. I think they could greatly improve by being more attentive to customer feedback. Overall, I still believe this place has potential, but they need to prioritize member experience a bit better.

From the moment I stepped into Equinox in Brooklyn Heights, I felt an incredible sense of belonging. The warm welcome from the staff made me feel like I was joining a family rather than just signing up for a gym. David and Haley from the fitness team are amazing; they’ve helped me focus on my fitness improvement goals without ever making me feel overwhelmed. Whether I'm sweating it out in a high-energy class like boxing or finding my zen in a relaxing yoga session, every visit has been uplifting. Plus, the spa services, especially the bodywork treatments, are a real treat after a tough workout. I’m so glad to be part of such a supportive community where health and wellness are celebrated every day!
