Not long after I stepped into the clinic in DeSoto, I felt a wave of calm wash over me. The ambiance was soothing, and I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Angelique was my nurse and she took the time to explain the process of the blood draw, alleviating any nervousness I had. I appreciated how professional yet warm she was. Selena popped in later to check on me, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear they prioritize not just your health but your comfort too. While this was just an occasional visit for a blood draw, I left feeling positive and cared for. If you’re ever in need of health services in the area, I highly recommend this place!

I never expected to feel so dissatisfied with the delivery service. I ordered some food and was really looking forward to it, but the whole experience left me frustrated. The food took much longer to arrive than I anticipated, and when it finally did, it was lukewarm at best. It really would help if they encouraged tipping for deliveries, maybe that would motivate better service. Overall, I occasionally use food delivery, but I left feeling disappointed this time.
