I couldn't believe how quickly I was able to get a same-day appointment for my child's sudden illness at Endeavor Health. As a dad, I know how stressful it can be when your little one is feeling under the weather, especially when they're in daycare. The staff was incredibly caring and professional, making the whole experience feel so much less daunting. They provided timely care and were genuinely concerned for my child's well-being. I left feeling relieved and grateful. Highly recommend them for any pediatric needs!

What impressed me was the range of services available, but I left feeling a bit frustrated with my experience. I popped in for a medical consultation, hoping to get a prescription I really needed. While the staff were generally friendly, the communication was a bit lacking. It felt like a game of telephone—information was a bit ambiguous, and I had to ask a lot of questions just to get the clarity I needed. I think there's a great foundation here, but a little more transparency in handling patient queries would go a long way. I'll definitely give it another shot next time, hopefully with a smoother experience!

I truly enjoyed the treatments I received, and the facility has a lot of potential for greatness. However, I was really frustrated with the lack of transparency about the costs. I felt like I was always playing a guessing game when it came to the bills that arrived later. It would be so helpful if they could clarify the procedures and let patients know the potential expenses upfront. On top of that, my interactions with the staff were not great either. I often felt unheard, and my concerns seemed to go unnoticed. It’s such a shame because the services offered here are varied and informative, from family medicine to innovative cancer treatments like CAR T-cell therapy. I really hope they can work on improving communication and transparency so that patients can leave without that worry of accumulating surprise medical bills. 😔
