I didn’t expect my visit to Enchantments to leave me feeling so disappointed. I was genuinely excited to explore their unique offerings like the Healing Wand Candle and the various bath treatments. However, the atmosphere felt quite unwelcoming, and I found myself wishing the staff was a bit more approachable. It would have made my experience so much better if they had engaged more with me. I believe a friendly smile and some guidance could transform the entire vibe of the place. I'd love to return if I felt a warmer welcome next time.

The moment I walked into Enchantments, I was greeted by the warm ambiance and friendly staff. I was prepping for my Yule candle ceremony and needed supplies, and they had everything I could possibly want! From beautifully crafted candles to enchanting herbs, it felt like a treasure trove of magical items. The staff was super helpful, guiding me to just the right items I didn’t even know I needed.
